Both the Basic and Premier subscriptions include 1 hour of telephonic coaching with Chris per month. Many times Chris will be able to quickly walk you through your questions the phone and get you back on track with the technology that is giving you issues.
Chris is also available to come to your home when the need arises. Home visits are a great way to tackle a couple different technology questions at once and for one on one coaching to answer all your questions and teach you how to use your technology. He won’t leave until you feel confident with your devices! The Premier subscription includes 1 one-hour home visit with you each month. Both the Basic and Premier subscriptions give you discounted rates on additional home visits and priority scheduling.
